The report concludes: "Flux was an ambitious participatory arts project, working with young people across a new developing community and school. It was a local authority-led collaboration involving a broad range of arts organisations and artists. Flux aimed to be an action research project working at the level of curricular, extra-curricular, cross-curricular, interdisciplinary and community practices. The Evaluation Team has arrived at eleven key recommendations designed to inform anyone hoping to propose, execute or fund projects with similar aspirations to Flux. These suggestions should be considered at all stages of a programme – including planning and bid-writing stages. They are also intended to support partners or participants in a similar programme, who should be encouraged to boldly question whether these issues are addressed in the management and structure of the programme."
