Arts Inc Family Workshops
Workshops for children with additional needs, and their families, have taken place within the community. These family workshops offered young people and their carers an opportunity to explore different artforms including:
- mosaic making
- music and songwriting
- weaving
- and silk painting.
A parent commented, "Artsmad has run a number of art workshops in the holidays for children with disabilities, who find inclusion difficult, and their siblings. And it's also a chance for parents of disabled children to network. These workshops have been excellent and the Flux team have delivered a great service. Both my sons really enjoyed the workshop. "
